We have access

Praise the Lord for his goodness!

What a glorious moment for all mankind, that moment when the curtain was torn in two. That curtain had been designed by the Most High himself and first came to the natural through Bezalel and Oholiab’s works. (Exodus 36:1).

This curtain was called the shielding curtain (Exodus 39:34)  because it was separating the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place (Hebrews 9:2-4). 

Only the high priest could enter the Most Holy place and only once a year. He would enter the Most Holy place with blood to offer for himself and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance. (Hebrews 9:7).

Spirit, soul and body

Like the temple which contained the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place, our body contains the Soul and the Spirit. Soul for the Holy Place and Spirit for the Most Holy Place.

Our body is an earthly tent or earthly temple as Paul was saying in (2 Corinthians 5:1). A tent which contains a soul and a spirit.

When we come to the Lord the curtain or the veil which was between our spirit and our soul is taken away. (2 Corinthians 3:16)

We can now access to our Father. We have now full access through the Spirit of God living in us.

As the Living God was in the desert in the tent with the Israelites, he is now also in the tent of everyone who has received the Lord as his saviour.

Have you received the Lord in your heart ?

Jesus made the way for us and now we can enjoy his fellowship.

Abundantly blessed

Behind the curtain we can find God who blesses us abundantly. Praise be to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 1:3).

We have fullness of his presence in our spirit or behind the curtain.
We have fullness of joy behind the curtain.
Healing is behind the curtain.
Wisdom is behind the curtain.
Peace is behind the curtain.
Amazing love and grace are behind the curtain.
Patience is behind the curtain.
Faith is behind the curtain.
Strength is behind the curtain.

Everything we need to live a victorious life on earth is there behind the curtain, in your spirit. God himself is in your spirit if you are born again.

Let’s approach our Father with freedom and confidence (Ephesians 4:12).

His desire for us is to come behind the curtain so we can enjoy his presence.
