We are his bride

Praise the Lord!

2000 years ago, Christ left his Father in heaven to come to the earth for his bride (mankind). But his bride was a slave. The only way he could redeem her was with his own blood. And he did it because he loved his bride so much.

After paying the price, Christ ascended in heaven in a new glorified body. His bride is still on earth but she is free.

Free to get ready to be united with Christ.
Free to keep her eyes focus on her husband.
Free to fellowship with Christ.
Free to follow his instructions.
Free to give herself entirely to him.
Free to trust him.
Free to let herself being comforted by him.

The bride spent so many years in slavery that she is still afraid. She does not realise that her oppressor has been defeated and she is free to turn to her bridegroom.

Have you turned to Christ ?

We are his bride

We are all called to become part of his bride for together we are his bride. He came to the earth for us, he became a man for us, so we can identify with him. He wants us to know him.

He is a spiritual being and it’s spiritually that we can truly know him. Spiritually knowing him involves faith because the spiritual world cannot be perceived by our 5 senses.

But you need to believe with all your heart that it is true then after you will see it with your spiritual eyes.

Yes! we are his bride if we respond by faith to his invitation to know him.

Have you responded ?

He is patient

In love, he has been waiting for centuries to see his bride ready. He is waiting to have complete, the number of all those who are going to believe. Only believe so you can become part of his bride and part of him.

He is patient because time does not affect him anymore. He is above time and we who are in Christ are also above time in the spirit as we live in Christ.

Or bodies are subjected to decay but we (the spirit beings) are eternal. And as we are eternal as Christ is, we can wait with him and manifest his love to those who yet do not know him.

Do you know Christ ?

Because he knows you and is waiting for you.
