The promises of our Heavenly Father will never be fulfilled in our lives if we do not receive them with a child like faith.

The Lord made it really simple for us to receive, to find and to see opened doors but we often complicate things.

Don’t let pride bind you

Naaman (2 Kings 5) was not even an Israelite and was healed from leprosy because he believed. He was going to miss God’s blessing in his life because of his pride. Because he elevated himself above God’s simplicity.

He did not believe the word of the prophet who told him through a messenger to go and wash seven times in the Jordan river so he can be healed.

Can water heal someone from leprosy ?
In principle No, but Yes if God said it.

That was so simple that he could not believe it but a child would have believed straight away.

The fact also that Elisha the prophet did not even come to talk to him in person irritated him so much. Naaman had such a high opinion of himself.

Don’t let pride keep you from receiving from God.

Humble yourself and you will be see the Father’s blessing in your life.
Humble yourself and you will be a blessing for those around you.

Simplicity is God’s way.
