Many think that we are going to heaven. Few realise that we are already in heaven. “What?? guiYome,  are you mad or maybe you’re drunk or perhaps you’ve smoked?”
Yes! that was also Nicodemus’ reaction when Jesus told him he was from heaven. John 3:13

“Ok, guiYome, the scripture says Jesus is from heaven but it does not say we are from heaven or in heaven.”
Well! There are other scriptures that talk about our position.

1) God was in Jesus, reconciling the world to Himself. 2 Cor 5:19
If I am reconciled to God who is heaven. Where do you think I am now?
2) Another one is: We are seated in the heavenly places in Christ. Eph 2:16.
3) Another one is: We are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Chris lives. Phil 3:20

It’s important to note the tense. The scripture does not say, we will be seated or we will be citizens.

We became citizens and we have been seated in heaven since the blood shed at the cross. Yoohoo!!!!!.
