I was discussing with my friend yesterday, sat down outside a coffee when I had what many call a “God moment”. That was just awesome and it is still wonderful after a few hours of sleep.
Thank you, Lord, for revealing yourself to those who diligently seek your face.

Many don’t realize how connected we are to God.

The Lord told us that he is the vine and we are the branches.
“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5

Yoohoo!!

I realized how much we are connected to the Lord. We are one with Him.

How can a branch be separated from the vine?

He did not say, you will be my branch if you follow me. No! He did not say, you will become a branch if you believe in me! Neither did he say, if you keep my commandments, you will be a branch.

But he said: “Yes. I AM the vine and you ARE the branches.”

We are One! Yoohoo! Yoohoo! Yoohoo! Yoohoo! Yoohoo! Yoohoo! Yoohoo! Yoohoo! Yoohoo!
I’m so excited!

It’s just amazing to come to this realization.

Don’t try

You don’t have to try to be in the Lord because you are already in Him and he is already in you. Whoever you are, you are already in him and he is already in you. Another scripture says: “In Him, we live and move and exist.” Acts 17:28

Please note that in this scripture Paul talks to Athenians (Greek), not Jews, not Christians and he is telling them: In Him, WE, live, move and exist.

He is including those who have not yet come to faith in Jesus. Yes, you read this properly. We are ALL in Christ and Christ is in ALL of us. We are all branches and he is the only vine.

Listen! Whoever you are and whatever your belief system is. You may be Jew, Muslim, Buddhist, Atheist, or Unbeliever, it does not change anything. YOU are in Christ, like anybody else. We are ALL in Christ!!!!!

Oh, man! That’s just awesome.

Complete Unity

I know it must be difficult to believe this but it is The Truth. We are all branches. When God reconciled the World to himself through Christ (2 Corinthians 5:19), he did not reconcile only those who would believe.

He reconciled the world. Everybody is reconciled to God. Please hear my heart and note that I said that God has reconciled every single human being to himself. Now, NOT everybody has accepted this reconciliation. You need to believe to accept this reconciliation but your faith will not make you reconcile. You are already reconciled without knowing.

You are in complete unity with Christ, whoever you are. Your actions, good or bad will not change anything to your state. As long as you have breath in your nostril, you are in Christ, my friend, because he is your life. He said: “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” Christ is your life and you live in Him, completely united.

One

The Vine and the branches are One. The branches come from the Vine and are part of the Vine. We are part of God! That why he calls us the body of Christ. That’s why he told Paul, on his way to Damascus: “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting ME?” Acts 9:4.

He did not say: “Why are you persecuting my children or my disciples? He said: “Why are you persecuting me?”
Saul was not only persecuting the Lord, he was also persecuting himself because he was already in the Lord before coming to faith.

We did not become One with the Lord when we believed. We were already One with him since the cross, but when we believed, we chose to accept this oneness.

Everybody should know the Truth! Whoever you are, you are in Christ.

The branches are part of the vine likewise you are part of Christ. Without agreeing with this truth, you cannot produce fruit.
