Two powerful decisions were made in 2 gardens.
The first decision was made in Eden when Adam and Eve chose independence over relationship.
The second decision was made in Gethsemane when Jesus chose reconciliation through suffering until death.
The first decision was going to take away mankind’s freedom and put all the human race under the dominion of evil.
The second decision was going to disarm the power of evil over men and lead all the human race to a place of freedom in God.
In Eden, Adam and Eve were naked before the Lord and were not ashamed until they ate from the fruit.

In Gethsemane, Jesus was “naked” before the Father. He chose to allow himself to be stripped of his power so he can take upon himself ALL the shame of the world.
In Eden, the enemy conquered, in Gethsemane, he was defeated.
The innocence and relationship we lost in Eden were recovered in Gethsemane.
In Eden, the first man failed by deception.
In Gethsemane, the second man triumphed by obedience.
Have a blessed day!
