During our journey on earth, we will experience a lot of things if we allow ourselves to get out of our comfort zone. If we allow ourselves to take some risks, stepping in faith, we might be unsettled at the beginning but the overall experience will always be beneficial to us.
I am a stronger believer that: “all things work together for those who love God and who are called according to his purposes.” Romans 8:28
And if you think that you don’t love God or you don’t feel you are called according to his purpose, let me tell you something: We ALL (without exception) love God even without knowing and we are ALL called according to his purpose even without acknowledging it.
Closing the bracket, I seriously think, too many times, fear stops us to experience new things therefore we don’t learn as much as we could because we don’t dare to step in faith. The fear of failure paralyses us and we keep postponing to start this activity or to write this letter or make this call.
I remember in 2016 there was a job advertised for a team leader in my company and although I had been a team lead in France, I was not thinking I could be one in the UK because English is not my first language.
I struggled a lot because of the idea of applying, I felt underqualified.
I was seeing anybody whose first language was English (all my colleagues), much more qualified than me. Eventually hearing a sermon conquering fear and after being pushed by my wife, I eventually applied and got the job out of around 6 or 7 candidates.
I learned that fear was stopping me to experience something new. I must say that experience of being a team lead was good but very challenging at times. I was feeling inadequate sometimes but my boss was encouraging me and was emphasizing my strengths. I grew in confidence and gained much more than if I had not stepped out.
I learned that fear is a thief that will always try to rob from you what has been prepared for your growth.
Dare to overcome fear today.

So true. We all love God and are protected by the most high since one cannot be alive without God. Our higher self hidden deep within knows this even if many might not know consciously.
Yes, faith is expectancy and fear is crippling. Congratulations on your courage and for conquering fear plus the new job and a great life lesson
