We might be up and down internally, because of emotions or externally because of circumstances. Sometimes life looks like a roller coaster. When we are at the bottom, we can’t wait to be up there to enjoy the view. When we are at the top, we would like to stay there forever.

Whatever emotional state or external circumstance we are going through, we need to remember that life is a big ride, a journey.

Sometimes we have tight turns, other times we climb slowly but the train always arrives at its destination.

The Lord will finish in us what he has started. The journey on which we are will finish one day, but before that, let us enjoy the ride and make the most of what the Lord has planned for us.
